Production Manager - Night Shift

Job Description Summary:

The Production Manager will provide plant-level leadership and support for the on-site Coca-Cola team. This role is responsible for providing parallel direction and support to achieve successful blending, filling, and packaging of existing SKUs and the introduction of innovation for the business. The Production Manager will assist the Operations Director to develop and execute initiatives to achieve performance, quality, and additional standards while ensuring manufacturing goals are met. 

  

What You'll Do for Us: 

  • Provide daily leadership and support to ensure full attainment of all production requirements. 

  • Support efforts to select, supervise, and develop operations personnel. 

  • Ensure that plant is compliant with all federal, state, regulatory, and Company policies and procedures. 

  • Investigate and support resolution of customer service issues and improvements. 

  • Develop strategies for implementing The Coca-Cola Management System to ensure product quality and food safety. 

  • Develop process improvement initiatives and analyze performance data to identify business plan variances. 

  • Support, investigate, and identify root causes of any facility safety or security incident. 

  • Inspect facility to assure adherence to safety and operating policies and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). 

  • Identify and recommend improvements to supply chain metrics and performance standards. 

  • Develop analytical tools and reports to manage supply chain performance. 

  • Review plant production equipment environments to recommend process improvements. 

  • Monitor feedback mechanisms for business issues to ensure product quality and consistency. 

  

Qualifications & Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience. 

  • 5+ years production/manufacturing experience, preferably in the food and/or beverage industry with supervisory experience. 

  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams showing improvement in plant metrics. 

  • Working knowledge of the principles of manufacturing management. 

  • Working knowledge of specific supply chain capabilities, strategies, and interdependencies. 

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and coordinate efforts around process improvement. 

  • Working knowledge of basic elements of Good Manufacturing Practices in a manufacturing environment. 

  • Strong relationship building capability and excellent communication skills. 

  • Knowledge of specific supply chain capabilities, strategies, and interdependencies to perform short and long-term business planning. 

  • Knowledge of key business drivers or measures used to gauge the effectiveness and performance of an internal group or a supplier.

Pay Range:

$107,400 - $128,000

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.

Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:
