Ecolab is seeking a Production Lead to join our team in King of Prussia, PA Plant. As a Production Lead, you’ll help deliver products that support clean water, safe food, and healthy environments around the world. You’ll operate machinery and equipment, follow standard procedures, and contribute to a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement. How You’ll Make an Impact:

  • Supervise daily manufacturing operations, including material processing, equipment setup, component preparation, inspection, packaging, assembly and disassembly activities.
  • Provide clear and timely communication of operational status, production metrics, and issues to management and cross functional partners.
  • Conduct daily PCS/Shift Handover meetings with production team and supporting functions.
  • Review, update, and maintain manufacturing documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance, and alignment with operational needs and FDA regulations.
  • Train and coach manufacturing personnel on cGMP requirements, job tasks, safety procedures, and cleanroom practices.
  • Develop, revise, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Batch Production Records (BPRs).
  • Ensure strict compliance with cGMP, SOPs, safety regulations, and quality standards through routine observation, training, and audits.
  • Supervise hourly staff performance, reinforcing accountability, productivity, and quality expectations.
  • Lead and support deviation investigations within assigned areas and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) to prevent recurrence.
  • Coordinate ordering of production supplies and equipment to support uninterrupted manufacturing operations.
  • Partner with Quality Assurance, Maintenance, and other support teams to resolve production issues efficiently while maintaining quality and compliance.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and recommend process enhancements to improve safety, quality, and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor, document, and communicate non conformances through a structured deviation process. 
  • Participate in routine TPM pillar meetings, support or lead pillar projects and kaizens 
  • Perform work in a regulated cleanroom environment
  • Ability to work a 2-3-2 alternating schedule (nights/weekends required).
  • Interface with Delta V HMI's for equipment operation and troubleshooting requirements.

Position Details:

  • Plant location: King of Prussia, PA
  • Work week and shift: 2/3/2 alternating 12 hour schedule (Evening Shift 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM)
  • Compensation package offered: $37/hr - $42/hr

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment
  • 3 years experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing
  • 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint , Excel)
  • Strong working knowledge of cGMP guidelines, FDA regulations and cleanroom operations

Physical Demands:

  • Must be able to lift/carry 50lbs
  • Must be able to stand for up to 12 hours.
  • Must be able to pass a drug screen and physical exam

  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing & Six Sigma systems 
  • Technical writing skills
  • Root Cause Analysis skills (5 Why, Fishbone, etc.) 
  • Experience coaching, mentoring, and providing feedback
  • Experience working with Fluidized Bed Dryers, Grinders, Classifiers, Sifters
  • Experience working with Delta V
  • Hands-on experience working with powders and granular materials, including knowledge of particle size distribution (PSD) analysis and proficiency using laboratory instruments such as sieves, analyzers, and other material‑characterization equipment
  • Experience with hand tools
  • Problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience training others
  • Forklift experience

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range

The pay range for this position is $37.11 - $55.67. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
