Your New Role…
Reporting to the Senior Production Manager this role is responsible for supporting the smooth running of on air, continuity, digital and 360 creative production projects. Tasks include dealing with relevant vendors, QC’ing scripts and video, scouring materials, supporting VO sessions and ensuring all elements are delivered correctly and in a timely manner and delivering to TX systems.
The role will work closely with the Production Manager, Production Producers, Creative Manager, Marketing, Media Planning, and stakeholder channel teams to ensure all projects are delivered to brief in a timely manner, maximizing resources, time and finances.
The role will contribute to the overall monthly and individual project timelines and defined budgets, ensuring they follow planned forecast and priorities.
The role will implement best work practices for all productions, adhering to workflows and processes and maintaining the most effective working relationship with all relevant departments involved in the creative and production process.
