Join Agilent’s High Performing Sales Team as a Cell Analysis Product Specialist, where you’ll drive business growth by supporting Agilent Cell Analysis solutions and workflows to commercial, government, and academic institutions in France. These solutions include cellular instrumentation: imaging solutions, live automated microscopy, software and microplate reader, washer, cell metabolism analyzer in real time, … You will be leveraging your technical knowledge to serve as the Cell Analysis expert for your Sales Territory working closely with a team of Sales representatives and internal collaborators. We encourage independent thinking and creativity as you drive your business. You will be expected to create and develop Cell Analysis opportunities, as well as successful strategies and tactics to increase our presence in our customers’ labs in the specified geography. Key Responsibilities:

•    Develop and expand the Cell Analysis business by supporting sales channels, helping with closing orders, and ensuring a motivated and well-trained sales force.
•    Maintain close relationships with Agilent’s key accounts, building a strong network of collaborators and partners to foster business growth.
•    Have a deep knowledge of our product portfolio to ensure we support our customers with the correct solution:
- Cell imaging and Microscopy: Automated Cell Imager, Cell Imaging Multimode reader, Software, Microplates
- Liquid Handling Solutions: Washer and Washer Dispensers.
- Real-Time Cell Metabolic Analysis: Seahorse XF Analyzer.
•    Manage the Cell Analysis sales funnel with a clear understanding of the competitive landscape using internal tools.
•    Support and actively contribute to related marketing activities, proposing and implementing local marketing initiatives.
•    Collaborate effectively with other business areas, including software, liquid phase, and service teams, to ensure cohesive commercialization strategies and workflows.

For this role, you will be working remotely combined with travel to customer sites across France (a company car will be available to you). You can be based anywhere in the country.

Qualifications

We are looking for a motivated individual with the following background:

•    University Degree in Life Sciences (Biology, or equivalent).
•    Strong expertise of Microscopy and Cellular Metabolism techniques, including microplate readers and washers.
•    Significant sales experience with Biotech, Pharma or a similar industry
•    Sales or end user or service experience with Microscopy, Live Cell Imaging and/or Real time Cell Metabolism.
•    Experience collaborating with internal teams and resources.
•    Willingness to embrace new ways of connecting with customers.
•    Knowledge and understanding of pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical workflows.
•    Fluent in both French and English

You also have great communication skills to interact with many internal and external partners. Whilst being flexible and adaptable, you have also strong planning, organizational and time management skills.

Additional Details

This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely.
