Data Management
Deploy and maintain Group data models, including all associated procedures and business rules, across EAP commercial operations.
Train physical operations and commercial teams on how to best work with data
Identify and resolve data quality issues through regular reviews and clean-up actions; track and report on data quality KPIs.
Build and continuously improve Power BI reports to support data analysis, performance monitoring, and decision-making for commercial teams.
Pricing & Contract Applications Business Ownership
Lead the rollout and adoption of pricing and contract applications (Gideons, CRM, CPQ, Anaplan, Ironclad, and related tools) across affiliates, tracking active user counts and adoption rates.
Maintain business process documentation in collaboration with the Contracts and Pricing Manager to ensure applications are aligned with current commercial workflows.
Conduct business analyses to identify system enhancements; manage end-to-end delivery including BRD (Business Requirement Document), IT coordination, UAT coordination, documentation, and training.
Monitor application performance, flag issues, and recommend process or data quality improvements to maximise commercial efficiency.
Support and train commercial teams to leverage tools and data to optimize pricing, billing, and contract management.
Product Referential Administration
Manage the end-to-end standardisation of the Product Referential process across all affiliates, ensuring alignment with Group referential standards.
Coordinate with affiliates on the creation, modification, and deletion of sold products and services within the Referential Management Tool, providing standardised templates and application guidelines.
Ensure data quality standards are met through regular reviews; track reduction in legacy master data and improvement in standardisation rates.
Support affiliates in managing their product referential and resolving data-related queries in a timely manner.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Business Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in data management, IT business analysis, application management, or master data / BI projects.
Demonstrated experience training and supporting internal users on applications or reporting tools.
Experience working on cross-functional projects with commercial, IT, and operational stakeholders.
Strong business analysis skills - ability to map processes, define requirements, and translate business needs into system solutions.
Proficiency in Power BI or equivalent reporting tools (e.g.: Tableau) for data analysis and dashboard development.
Familiarity with ERP and/or CRM systems; experience with master data management tools is a strong advantage.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and train non-technical teams.
Structured, detail-oriented approach to managing data quality, documentation, and delivery.
