Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and organized Product Operations Support professional to drive operational excellence across product areas. This role operates as a trusted partner and support function to Product Area Leaders, ensuring alignment between strategy and execution. You will help squads to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions that shape the future of the built environment. Reporting into the Chief of Staff, you will work closely with Product Area Leaders, the Director of Engineering, and the squads to optimize the existing operating model, processes, improve delivery practices, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

Support the Product Areas Leaders with

  • Product Areas Operating Model:
    • Support Product Area Leaders, who own the operating model, by helping run it in collaboration with the squads. Facilitate retrospectives and assist in implementing improvements when requested, ensuring changes align with their vision and priorities.
    • Ensure the product strategy, the related initiatives and plans of each squad are clear, documented, transparent and easily available to all.
    • Work with the PMs to monitor progress, chair the product review meetings and keep the stakeholders updated on progress, successes and challenges.
    • Continuously identify and solve inefficiencies, remove hurdles for the squads to be able to execute on their strategy and plan. Escalate when needed.
    • Document our ways of working and product development practices, ensuring these are kept up to date and are well understood by all employees.
    • Stay up to date on best-in-class product development practices, act as a coach and work with the team to implement and help maturing the organization on the product development practice front.
    • Lead process improvements using AI powered product development frameworks.
    • Coordinate and ensure the different elements and tasks the product team must execute on when a new offering is made available or is changed are completed.

Accountability:

  • Support the Product Area Leaders and Engineering to evolve and execute on their operating models, ensuring alignment with strategy and delivery goals.
  • Maintain up-to-date and high-quality product strategy documentation in collaboration with each squad.
  • Facilitate transparent information flow across squads.
  • Coordinate and ensure the different elements and tasks the product team must execute on when a new offering is made available or is changed are completed.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of modern product development practices, with hands-on experience developing products or cloud services using these methods, and experience coaching teams.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in process improvement, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing effective workflows.
