About the Role
We are looking to hire a Product Marketing Manager for our India Market. This team is responsible for launching products, managing the global product life cycle, and driving sales performance for Nu Skin & Serenu products across regions.

What You’ll Do

·       Develop comprehensive business plans, including product positioning, naming, branding, and pricing for the India market

·       Participate in the annual portfolio planning process and contribute market-specific insights

·       Execute product strategy and concept proposals

·       Identify and recommend new technologies, innovations, or trends relevant to India that can translate into strong product concepts aligned with business strategy

·       Conduct marketing research, surveys, and third-party studies to understand consumer needs and evaluate concepts, features, pricing, and brand attributes

·       Support management in reviews, approvals, and cross-functional alignment

·       Analyze portfolio performance regularly and recommend product development opportunities for the product and category roadmap

·       Lead the annual brand review for your category, including sales analysis, opportunity identification, competitive intelligence, and category trends

·       Collaborate with cross-functional partners and external vendors to manage initiatives from idea generation through execution

·       Work closely with Brand Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, Legal, and Regulatory to achieve business objectives for each product initiative

·       Maintain strong connections with internal and external stakeholders relevant to Product Marketing

What You’ll Need

·       General understanding of the personal care and beauty industry, including product categories and trends in India

·       Solid understanding of the product development process across marketing, technical, and production functions

·       Strong teamwork skills with the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships

·       Ability to deliver on commitments and perform well under pressure

·       Demonstrated creativity and innovation with sound business judgment

·       Willingness to take initiative and support management in making informed, calculated decisions

·       Strong accountability and ownership of tasks, including responsibility for errors

·       High attention to detail and strong timeline management

·       Ability to conduct professional presentations

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills
