We’re looking for a Paid Social Executive to help drive performance across our international markets. You’ll play a hands‑on role in building, optimising and analysing Paid Social campaigns, making sure we’re using the right channels, formats and audiences to hit our brand and commercial goals.
This role is perfect for someone who loves diving into data, testing new ideas and staying ahead of what’s happening across the social landscape.
You’ll build and launch Paid Social campaigns designed to hit weekly and monthly targets, while continually refining audiences to strengthen our retargeting strategy. Day to day, you’ll manage optimisations, budgets and pacing across channels, making sure we’re always visible on the right platforms and placements.

• Work closely with other marketing teams to stay aligned
• Brief social‑first content into creative teams
• Stay up to date with industry trends and platform changes
• Manage Paid Search activity (planning, budgeting, optimisation, reporting)
• Share insights & opportunities with the Paid Social Manager
• Ensure customer data is captured and used effectively
• Manage your own workload and flag risks or blockers early
