Job Purpose
Implement, identify and plan medical-marketing project in collaboration with medical teams.
Implement and recommend marketing strategy, tactics and action plans to counter any changes in the market.
Responsible for the plan, implementation and monitoring of marketing strategy for the assigned product to achieve the sales, profit and growth performance objectives in the annual budget.
Oversee, support and monitor the delivery of product information, medical services and marketing activities to customers.
Ensure the development and achievement of Product Portfolio objectives through short- and long-term goals.
Key Accountabilities
Gain in-depth insight on relevant therapeutic areas, the products, diseases, patient and healthcare professionals' journey and environment.
Responsible for the formulation, implementation and monitoring of effective marketing strategy working with cross-functional colleagues.
Meet or exceed the annual goals of product contribution in assigned product group.
Prepare, implement and review monthly “rolling forecast” to ensure timely delivery of goods and keep inventory within budget.
Recommend and supervise the implementation of global marketing strategy.
Implement the development and validation of long range planning and forecasting models for budget and production needs of the brand to ensure accuracy.
Collaborate with Market Access, KAM and sales force for pricing strategy.
Design, supervise and track Marketing activities execution and spending along agreed plan of actions.
Monitor, reinforce and collaborate with training to sales force to increase their competitive edge.
Coordinate, arrange, and monitor medical activities like medical society meeting, overseas congress, lecture tour and symposium.
Identify, coordinate and support hospital listing activities to ensure product listing.
Recommend and seek approval for promotional materials in meeting marketing strategies.
Design, execute, modify and offer local promotional materials and product core selling messages to support sales promotion.
Build up, develop and maintain the good relationship with KOLs, government authorities, pharmaceutical experts, academic personalities, local policy makers and major customers.
Support manager in analyzing brand sales performance, sales-force excellence & omnichannel KPI.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Occasionally requires evening calls with headquarters teams in US/EU.
Occasionally requires domestic and international travels, or week-end activities within local regulations.
Ensure Sanofi First , Customer First mindset in all projects undertaken by constantly seeking best efforts, cost effective solutions, but also by knowing when to challenge ourselves and recognize failures.
Ensure all activities operate in line with the Sanofi Code of Ethics and relevant policies.

About you
Education
B. Sc. Degree or above, major in Pharmacy or related fields
Experience & Knowledge
4+ years of professional experience in Pharma MNC
2+ years in Marketing department
Experience in project delivery ownership and accountability
Experience with Immunology related specialties is a plus
Experience with self-pay market/ consumer marketing is a plus

Strong written and oral presentation skills, Chinese/English
