The Opportunity
This position works out of our Tashkent, Uzbekistan location in the EPD division.
As the Product manager, you’ll have the chance to develop annual marketing plans and coordinate their successful implementation and to grow the long term sales, profit and market share position for assigned products.
What You’ll Do
1. Strategic Planning
Development and updating of marketing strategies for our brands.
Preparation and defense of annual marketing plans, media strategies, and budgets.
Portfolio planning, market potential assessment, and identification of new growth opportunities.
Conducting market research, consumer insight studies, and competitive analysis.
Development of brand positioning and value propositions.
2. Marketing Plan Execution and Performance Analysis
Full cycle execution of marketing activities: digital, ATL, medical marketing.
Management of advertising campaigns: task setting, agency briefing, creative and production oversight.
KOL management, scientific events, and materials for healthcare professionals.
Analysis of campaign and activity effectiveness (ROI, KPIs, brand metrics).Budget control, cost optimization, and reporting.
Preparation of presentations for leadership and global teams.
Required Qualifications
University degree
2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, FMCG or agencies.
English — B2+ (ability to work confidently with materials, lead meetings). Russian — fluent.
Efficient PC Skills.
