Product Analyst

As the Senior Business Analyst reporting to the Head of ETF Listings you’ll play a critical role in leading product for the ETF Listings business.


You’ll thrive in this position if you’re analytical, have a capital markets mindset and bring a passion for operations and owning product improvements in a high-impact environment.

Key Responsibilities·

• This role will support the expansion and long-term sustainability of the team through operational and technical contributions.

• This individual will strengthen data and reporting tools and support issuer onboarding to ensure smooth and timely product launches.

• ·They will also support the product lead in developing and implementing improvements to the ETF offering.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance/math/computer science

• 2-3 years of experience in capital markets, quantitative analysis, or trading

• An understanding of capital markets or market structure

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Experience in SQL, Tableau, and Python

This position will be located in New York and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.

The base pay range for this role is $79,000 - $138,000. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth. Exact compensation may vary based on several job-related factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, experience, education/training, business needs and market demands.
