• Partner with account and creative leads, actively participating in client strategy and status meetings.
• Build, coordinate, and manage strong relationships with very senior-level clients, internal teams, venues, and vendors.
• Understand the event in its entirety and make sound decisions accordingly.
• Manage project budgets and timelines with accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure event objectives, strategy, and creative requirements are clearly understood and followed.
• Effectively manage costs by negotiating with clients, venues, and vendors.
• Work with the Corporate Events team to ensure A/V requirements align with the creative vision and project scope.
• Coordinate all event content elements and production logistics.
• Demonstrate proficiency in PowerPoint and the ability to make updates and changes under pressure.
• Lead and motivate on-site teams to produce flawless events while consistently exceeding client expectations.
• Oversee the onsite execution of the event.
• Own all client post-event deliverables.
• 3–5 years of experience in live event production.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$79,310.00 - $158,620.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
