Director, Contract Lifecycle Management

Come join us in our state of the art office in Letterkenny as we are expanding. We are hiring a Director of Contract Lifecycle Management to join our Global Sourcing and Procurement (GSP) Organisation.

What you can expect

Based in a hybrid capacity in Letterkenny, you will report directly to the VP of Enterprise Vendor & Contract Management,  responsible for establishing, leading, and continuously maturing PGIM Ireland’s Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) function, supporting over $4B in vendor spend globally.    
  
As Director you will lead a team of up to 10 CLM Associates and serve as a strategic partner to GSP Category Management, Strategic Sourcing, Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Business stakeholders across the United States, Europe, Asia, and other global regions. The role requires strong global operating experience, comfort working across time zones, and the ability to balance global standardization with regional regulatory requirements.  

What you will do

  • Lead and manage the global Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) organization, including hiring, development, performance management, and capacity planning within the GCC model.  

  • Own the end-to-end contract lifecycle for vendor contracts and ordering documents, from intake through execution, amendments, renewals, and termination.  

  • Partner with GSP Category and Sourcing leaders globally to support commercial negotiations and timely contract execution.  

  • Establish, govern, and continuously improve standardized global CLM processes, templates, clause libraries, playbooks, and operating procedures.  

  • Drive adoption, optimization, and governance of CLM technology platforms, contract repositories, and workflow automation tools.  

  • Ensure contracts align with enterprise policies and global regulatory requirements, including GDPR, data protection, outsourcing, and operational resilience expectations.  

  • Serve as a primary escalation point for complex, high-risk, or high-value contractual matters.  

  • Deliver executive-level reporting and insights on contract volumes, cycle times, renewals, risk themes, and value realization.  

  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives, including AI-enabled contract review, clause analytics, and contract risk identification.  

  • Ensure effective global coverage and handoffs across time zones while maintaining strong service-level performance. 

What you will bring

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred. 

  • 10+ years of experience in contract lifecycle management, procurement, legal operations, or related disciplines.  

  • 5+ years of people leadership experience managing global or enterprise-scale teams.  

  • Strong understanding of commercial contracts, outsourcing arrangements, and third-party risk management.  

  • Demonstrated global leadership and operating model expertise in alignment for Letterkenny expansion 

  • Experience operating within regulated financial services environments.  

  • Demonstrated experience implementing or managing CLM platforms and contract automation technologies.  

  • Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills. 

  • Fluent in AI-enabled environments, using approved tools responsibly to improve throughput, accuracy, and insight while adhering to Prudential’s risk and governance standards.
