Job Responsibility
1. 安全與穩定運作：確保所有廠區系統在指定輪班期間安全、持續且高效地運作。
2. 氣體束更換作業：依照生產需求與安全規範，及時且準確地更換氧氣（O₂）、氫氣（H₂）、氬氣（Ar）及氦氣（He）等氣體束。
3. CDA 系統操作與純化器管理：操作並執行潔淨乾燥空氣（CDA）系統的預防性維護，管理純化器以確保空氣品質與系統可靠性。
4. 氣體供應系統監控：監控氣體供應系統與壓力表，確保系統穩定運作。
5. 故障排除與事件應對：迅速應對製程偏差或設備問題，以防止生產中斷。
6. CQC（客戶品質管控）管理：定期執行氣體品質檢查，確保符合客戶與內部規範。
7. 報告與文件紀錄：撰寫詳細的輪班報告、操作日誌與事件紀錄，並進行有效的輪班交接。
8. 法規遵循與安全管理：執行廠區安全政策、環保法規與 ISO 標準，並推動良好的安全文化。
Job Requirement
1. 具化學工程、機械工程、電機工程或相關理工科系學士學位。
2. 歡迎應屆畢業生，有大宗氣體系統（氮氣、氧氣、氬氣、氫氣、氦氣）、氣體集束系統、CDA系統操作，或純化器相關經驗者優先考慮。
3. 能操作與監控工業控制系統（如DCS、PLC）。熟悉氣體純化設備、CDA系統操作保養。具備基本儀控、閥件、壓縮機與公用設備系統的相關知識優先考慮。
4. 完成職業安全訓練（如侷限空間、上鎖掛牌、消防安全）者佳，持有高壓氣體特定設備相關證照者尤佳。
5. 能配合輪班制度（含日班與假日值班）。
6. 可適應工業廠區工作環境，並具備一定體能條件。
