Process & Quality Analyst
Noida
The Process and Quality Analyst will champion, support and lead quality control initiatives and ensure all stakeholders and process owners maintain their part of the quality system. He or she is responsible for formulating and implementing policies and procedures that enhance the quality of the deliveries within specific functions, verticals and/or department. Identifies areas of improvement, possibly through analysis of quality reviews, internal audits, customer complaints and quality circles. Works closely with Team Leads, Managers and Customers to implement and monitor quality control initiatives and evaluates and prioritizes improvement projects to ensure resources are directed towards achieving the highest levels of quality.
You will report to Team Lead.
Your Responsibilities:
- Promotes and fosters a quality culture that is consistent with company policies.
- Key point of contact for the customers for mitigating quality concerns and for driving process improvement projects.
- Engages with customers on regular basis to align the delivery processes as against customer requirements.
- Performs quality reviews for adding confidence into the deliverables for meeting customer requirements.
- Identifies quality problems (interna as well as external), initiates documented action and verifies implementation of solutions. Manages the corrective action system.
- Supervises and participates in the process auditing and monitoring audit program to verify the effectiveness of process adherence.
- Analyze the process/data to identify gaps/root-cause and improvement opportunities to avoid recurrence of the issues/ defects.
- Facilitates feedback and refresher sessions for various functions (customer order mgmt. & BOM mgmt.) to improve overall quality.
- Facilitates the creation of policies, processes, SOPs, and related templates.
- Identifies & promotes opportunities for automation and standardization in various functions.
- Manages complex organizational interactions that evolve from the participation of several functional teams or from client-established relationships
- Prepares reports on the effectiveness of the process adherence and improvement initiatives.
- Maintaining ISO certification (9001:2015) for the operations function.
- Influences and encourages industry/ business-unit team members in a direction to achieve an overall business goal of achieving customer requirements and continual improvement.
- Give professional guidance to delivery teams, management and customers on process compliance and improvement opportunities.
- An experienced professional with a full understanding of area of specialization; resolves wide range of issues in creative and effective ways.
- Persuading sometimes experienced and hesitant staff to change their way of working to incorporate quality methods.
- Acting as key contact for internal/ external stakeholders and being responsible for facilitating the execution of corrective actions and improvement projects.
The Essentials - You Will Have:
- Full Time Bachelor's Degree in Science/ Commerce/ Business Administration or equivalent.
- Traceable experience in Quality Management System, methods, and techniques, like ISO 9001, process design/development, Lean Six-Sigma.
- Prior experience in quality check process.
- Overall experience of 6 to 9 years in operational/quality management environment.
- Should have exposure to global work style, engagement with clients while sitting at remote locations.
- Willing to work in flexible business shifts including NA/LA time zone to support the operations team real time & drive the business stakeholder connect.
- Fluent English language skills (speaking, reading, writing, listening).
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
- Prior knowledge of the Customer Order-to-Cash Lifecycle & Procure-to-Pay processes.
- ISO 9001:2015 certified internal auditor, Lean Six-Sigma Yellow or Green Belt certification, is desired.
- Prior Experience of coaching & delivering feedback.
- Experience in Document Management System, Project Management Systems.
