Process Engineer – HR Transformation (Location Flexible)

We are seeking an experienced Process Engineer to support HR transformation initiatives, with a focus on improving and documenting end-to-end HR business processes in alignment with new and evolving technology platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process optimization, data and system integration requirements, and a working understanding of HR systems such as Workday and ADP, as well as related enterprise technologies.

This role will collaborate closely with HR, Technology, and Data teams to ensure that business processes are well-documented, efficient, and aligned to support successful system enhancements and implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze, optimize, and document HR business processes to support transformation initiatives.
  • Define data and system integration requirements for HR platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of processes with technology solutions.
  • Support the implementation of new HR systems and enhancements.
  • Maintain process documentation and contribute to the development of best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • Proven experience in process engineering, preferably within HR or enterprise technology environments.
  • Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., Workday, ADP) and data integration.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.

At RSM, an employee’s pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.

Compensation Range: $43 - $65 per hour
