Ferring +You – Our collaboration
You will join the Compliance & Support team as the 13th member, reporting to the Operations Compliance Manager.
The team supports both warehouse and production, with daily batch review, include handling SOPs and deviations, preparing for audits by health authorities, and optimizing change control processes.
Your day at Ferring
As a Process Supporter, you will and collaborate with SMEs to drive investigations and process improvements across production and warehouse operations.
Beside your tasks, including:
Investigate and close deviations, facilitating root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Define and follow up on CAPAs (Corrective and Preventive Actions) to prevent recurrence of issues.
Manage change control processes through Change Requests and optimize workflows.
Prepare and update GMP documentation, including SOPs and related quality records.
Ensure audit readiness for health authority inspections and support during audits.
Drive process optimization initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement projects.

collaborating with subject matter experts and managing stakeholders effectively. You excel at facilitating improvements that enhance quality and efficiency across operations.
In addition, you have:
Experience as a process supporter within pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Proven experience in handling deviations and driving investigations.
Skilled in process optimization and continuous improvement.
Familiarity with A3 problem-solving methodology.
Strong understanding of GMP regulations combined with hands-on pharma experience.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in science or another relevant technical field.
Fluent in Danish and English (written and spoken).
