We are looking for a motivated Trainee to support our PRO planning and stock control activities. In this role, you will work closely with the planning and supply chain teams to prepare data, maintain reporting tools, and ensure smooth operational follow-up. This is an excellent opportunity for a student who enjoys working with numbers, Excel, and structured processes.
The Challenge
- Collect, structure, and validate data and numerical inputs for analysis.
- Handle administrative tasks related to purchasing and supply chain processes.
- Contribute to improving and maintaining reporting tools, tracking files, and dashboards.
- Prepare and maintain Excel files, overviews, and operational reports.
- Support daily and weekly planning and stock control activities.
- Assist with follow-up actions to ensure accuracy and timely execution in the supply chain.
What are we looking for?
- Studying in a field such as Supply Chain, Logistics, Purchasing, Business Administration, Economics, Data/Analytics, or a related discipline
- Strong analytical mindset with affinity for data and numbers
- Solid Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data cleaning) are highly appreciated
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and structured working
- Proactive and eager to learn
