Northrop Grumman is currently seeking to hire a Principal Quality Analyst to provide support to the RE team out of BWI, Baltimore Maryland.
What You'll Get To Do:
Qualified candidate will support MA functions to ensure mission success through technical reviews of all program drawings, contract, and requirements documents as required.
Perform or assure quality, risk management, safety, reliability, and maintainability of various program achievements.
Assess program performance and risks and determines resources to ensure mission assurance.
Assist the Program Quality Managers (PQM) with all Program Mission Assurance/Program Management requirements.
Assign program tasks to the functional area PQE’s.
Assist PQM in preparation and execution on of Program Preventive and Corrective Action Board (PCAB).
Develop and maintain Cell Program Metrics.
Assist in the preparation of the Program Management/Program Review packages.
Support PQM with Customer Corrective Action Requests.
Monitor timely closure of Conditionally Accepted hardware and work corrective actions with IPT MA & QEs.
Perform acceptance of functional and integrated test events.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 5 years of Sustainment, Test, or Quality experience; or a Master’s Degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience; will consider an additional 4 years of relevant work experience in Sustainment, Test or Quality may be considered in lieu of a Bachelors degree.
- Experience with Data Analytics and Statistical Analysis methods and techniques.
- Experience mentoring employees.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance
- • US Citizenship required.
- Experience with RCCA Facilitation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in at least one of the following standards (IPC, J-Std, MIL-STD)
- • Experience with ISO9001 or AS9100 Quality Management System and AS9102 First
- Article Inspections (FAI).
- Green/Black Belt Certified in Lean Six-sigma.
- Certified in Lean and Six-Sigma methodologies
- Certified auditor
- Experience Facilitating RCCAs with cross-functional technical groups
- SAP Experience
- SQL experience
- Active DoD Secret Clearance
- Experience leading cross-functional teams to resolve problems or issues
- Experience using Microsoft Excel, Minitab, Tableau or equivalent tools for statistical
- Experience with compliance verifications
Primary Level Salary Range: $89,900.00 - $134,900.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
