The Opportunity
Job classification: P2043 - Project Coordinator
Salary range: $110,000- $130,000. Placement within the range is typically based upon a review of skills, experience, and internal equity.
Hours per week: 37.5
Paid leave: 4 Weeks Vacation / 14 Flex Days per year

This role is a high-impact, fast-paced position at the intersection of advanced technology, industry engagement, and academic innovation within the School for Advanced Digital Technology (SADT). The successful candidate will serve as a strategic connector between emerging technologies, industry partners, and SAIT’s academic and applied learning ecosystem.
The incumbent will bring strong fluency across contemporary technology domains, including artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, data and analytics, cloud technologies, and digital transformation in business, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for diverse audiences. This role requires confidence in representing SADT externally, engaging with senior industry leaders, government, and community partners, and articulating the school’s value proposition in applied digital education.
Working closely with academic leadership, faculty, and external partners, the role will contribute to the planning and project management of new academic programming, stackable credentials, and micro-credentials aligned to workforce demand. The incumbent will support the end-to-end coordination of strategic initiatives, from concept development through execution, ensuring timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables are effectively managed.
In addition, this role plays a key leadership function in industry engagement activities, including partnership development, work-integrated learning (WIL) opportunities, and signature events that showcase SADT’s students, faculty, and innovation capabilities. The position also supports SADT’s external presence through targeted marketing, communications, and thought leadership initiatives, including digital and social media engagement.
