About Salesforce
Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.
Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
Enterprise Account Executive: Data Foundation (MuleSoft & Informatica)
Sector: Enterprise & Financial Services
The Mission
As the Enterprise Account Executive for our Data Foundation team, you are the spearhead for MuleSoft and Informatica in Poland. This isn't just a sales role; it’s a mission to build the "central nervous system" for Poland’s most influential enterprises.
You will operate as a proven hunter within a "scale-up" environment, backed by the global power of Salesforce. Your goal: drive net-new logo acquisition and strategic cross-sell, positioning our unified Data Foundation as the bedrock for AI + Data + CRM transformations.
Key Responsibilities
Territory Dominance: Build and execute a sophisticated territory plan for Poland, consistently delivering against high-growth ACV and consumption targets.
The "Hunter" Mentality: Convert whitespace into active opportunities. You will own the full cycle - from cold-opening Tier-1 accounts through executive networking to orchestrating multi-million-euro closures.
Salesforce Ecosystem Synergy: Master the "Power of One." Co-sell with Salesforce Core AEs, aligning Data Foundation (MuleSoft & Informatica) to the broader Salesforce Customer 360 vision.
Strategic Value Selling: Lead complex, value-based sales cycles. You won't just sell tools; you will challenge the status quo, lead with insights, and translate technical capabilities into board-level strategic outcomes.
FSI Specialist: Navigate the complex buying centers of Poland’s Banking, Insurance, and Fintech sectors. You will align our technology with regulatory drivers, Open Banking, and core-banking modernization.
Orchestration: Act as the "CEO of your territory," aligning Solution Engineers, Professional Services, and Partners to ensure customer success and deal momentum
Ideal Profile
The Track Record: at least 8 years of enterprise software sales with a hunter's DNA. You have a documented history of opening new accounts and overachieving multi-million-euro quotas in growth markets.
Domain Expertise: Strong grasp of integration/API trends (REST, event-driven, Microservices) and how they fuel AI and digital agendas. Knowledge of MuleSoft/ Informatica or adjacent middleware/data clouds is highly valued.
FSI Deep-Dive: Significant experience selling to Tier-1 and Tier-2 Polish banks. You are comfortable navigating risk committees, procurement, and compliance frameworks within the Polish financial ecosystem.
Salesforce Savvy: Experience co-selling or competing within the Salesforce ecosystem is a major plus. You understand how Data Foundation underpins AI Cloud and Data Cloud.
The Consultant: You are a value-based seller who can sit with a CIO or Head of Digital and map business pain to technical ROI/TCO justifications.
Language: Native-level Polish and fluent Business English are essential for C-suite engagement.
Mindset: You thrive in "scale-up" contexts—autonomous, resourceful, and capable of building structure where none exists.
What We Offer
Strategic Impact: The opportunity to build and scale the Data Foundation business in one of Salesforce’s most strategic EMEA growth regions.
Growth Environment: Access to world-class enablement, coaching, and a career path within the world’s #1 AI CRM company.
Elite Compensation: A competitive package with uncapped variable commissions and benefits aligned with a global market leader.
Are you a Polish-savvy hunter ready to open the next big door? If you thrive on building deep relationships while disrupting the market, we want to hear from you.
Apply now or reach out directly with your CV and a brief highlight of your most significant integration or data-led win in the Polish market.
