Develop global, value-based pricing strategies for both new and existing products & services in collaboration with product management
Take responsibility for the strategic price positioning and differentiation across product portfolios
Apply innovative pricing concepts and drive their continuous development
Manage the process for setting and maintaining list prices in coordination with other pricing experts
Collect and analyze competitive and market information, as well as macroeconomic data
Measure the success of pricing actions using existing price reports and further develop these tools
Create data-driven proposals for offers and prices for strategic customer projects, supporting sales during negotiations
Ensure price management and compliance with internal guidelines
Actively contribute to the definition, implementation, and harmonization of pricing policies, processes, and commercial frameworks
What will convince us
A successfully completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or comparable
Several years of experience in Consulting, Pricing, Sales, Marketing, or Controlling
Familiarity with the analysis and application of current pricing models
Proven track record in implementing pricing concepts and strategies, as well as conducting complex end-to-end analyses and projects under tight deadlines
Strengths include planning comprehensive analyses and effective time management
Advanced skills in Excel; knowledge of SAP, BIW, and Tableau is desirable
Experience working with pricing software solutions, ideally including implementation
Strong analytical thinking and precision in handling extensive financial and quantitative data
A high level of business acumen and pronounced customer orientation
Fluency in English, both oral and written; German language skills are an advantage
Willingness to travel (up to 20%)
