Ensuring the manufacturability of Noise, Vibration and Harshness (NVH) products (design and process) in close coordination with internal departments and suppliers
Identification and assessment of project and product risks, as well as initiation and tracking of measures defined by the project team, including lessons learned
Participation in feasibility studies to ensure compliance with all customer, quality and project requirements
Involvement in APQP activities with suppliers and customers
Participation in the creation and evaluation of DVP and PVP, as well as assessment of test results and initiation of appropriate measures in the event of deviations
Contribution to the creation and continuous improvement of D-FMEA and P-FMEA
Active participation in Vibracoustic project core teams
Successfully completed degree in engineering or a comparable qualification (technician with relevant professional experience)
Professional experience in quality management
Strong technical understanding and the ability to assess production and manufacturing processes
Ideally, experience in the automotive industry, as well as customer interaction and customer-related processes such as customer portals
Project management and problem-solving skills, complemented by practical experience in lean manufacturing and common quality core tools
Very good German and English language skills
