Spaulding Ridge is an advisory and IT implementation firm. We help global organizations get financial clarity into the complex, daily sales, and operational decisions that impact profitable revenue generations, efficient operational performance, and reliable financial management.

At Spaulding Ridge, we believe all business is personal. Core to our values is our relationships with our clients, our business partners, our team, and the global community. Our employees dedicate their time to helping our clients transform their business, from strategy through implementation and business transformation.

This key leadership role heads the India CLM Practice Delivery group and reports directly to the Business Unit Lead. This is a critical leadership role responsible for ensuring high-quality, scalable delivery across all CLM platforms (Docusign, Ironclad, Agiloft) and leading the next phase of team growth.

The primary objective is to stabilize and standardize the current operational processes while simultaneously mentoring and coaching the team for aggressive scaling.

Practice Leadership

  • Pre-Sales & Delivery Contribution: Actively contribute to pre-sales activities such as solutioning, scoping, and proposal development, while ensuring seamless transition and execution during delivery phases.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary escalation point and strategic partner for the North America (NA) CLM leadership. Proactively manage perceptions and ensure transparency, directly addressing any quality issues/perceptions.
  • Cross-Platform Strategy: Oversee the technical architecture and delivery standards across Docusign, Ironclad, and Agiloft, ensuring consistency and best practices.

People Development

  • Team Mentorship: Dedicate significant time to formally coach and mentor the team, helping them transition from technical experts to confident consultants and people leaders (covering performance management, conflict resolution, career development, and executive communication).
  • Talent Retention: Implement programs to promote a supportive, high-accountability environment, reducing turnover and increasing overall team engagement.
  • Performance Management: Oversee the review cycles for the APAC team, working with the Managers to drive corrective actions and celebrate successes.

Operational Excellence

  • Quality Gatekeeper: Establish and enforce a robust Quality Assurance (QA) framework across all delivery from the region.
  • Process Standardization: Implement best-in-class project delivery methodologies (e.g., specific flavors of Agile/Scrum) and ensure consistent use of project management tools for tracking and reporting.
