About The Department:

  • The Portfolio Analytics Team supports BSP’s credit investment strategies by delivering accurate performance analytics and reporting that inform investment decisions, fundraising, and client communications. The team works closely with Business Development, Investor Relations, and Investment professionals, using consistent data definitions and disciplined processes. Joining this team offers hands-on exposure to private debt investments, cross-functional collaboration, and the opportunity to build scalable analytics that directly impact investment performance and client outcomes.

How You Will Add Value?

  • You will create performance reports for Private Debt and Distressed strategies.

  • You will validate data accuracy across systems and reporting outputs.

  • You will maintain and improve Power BI dashboards for performance monitoring.

  • You will identify process gaps and support automation initiatives.

  • You will provide clear weekly updates on progress and risks.

  • You will review automated financial models and correct identified issues.

What Will Help You Be Successful In This Role?

Experience:

  • At least two years of experience in financial services

  • Exposure to debt, equity, and derivative instruments

Technical Skills:

  • Strong analytical capability and learning agility

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with interest in automation

  • Understanding of financial statements and performance metrics

  • Working knowledge of Power BI reporting tools

Soft Skills:

  • Ability to structure ambiguous problems

  • Proactive and transparent communication style

  • Strong ownership of data quality and documentation

Work Shift Timings - 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM IST
