THE JOB:
As a Poker Shift Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Poker Room. Your responsibilities include supervising personnel, resolving guest issues, and creating exceptional experiences.
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Manage day-to-day operations efficiently, overseeing the Poker Room during your assigned shift.
Ensure compliance with Gaming Control Agency and Title 31 standards.
Address any unusual events, missing items, or alleged theft promptly.
Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, performance feedback, and mutual respect.
Handle hiring, training, and succession planning processes for your department.
Set the stage for outstanding guest experiences by providing exceptional service.
Investigate and mediate guest issues, ensuring resolution.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
At least 21 years of age
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
At least 2+ years of prior relevant experience
Previous Poker Operations supervisory experience preferred

Pay Range:
The pay range for this role is:
$70,400.00 - $93,900.00This range represents a good faith estimate of the salary range that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.
This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s incentive plan.Employees in this position are eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) plans, and time off plans. Specific program offerings vary by eligibility factors such as geographic location, employment status, and union membership.
