Job Description:
The Player and Family Relations and Community Engagement Coordinator serves as a key contributor to the football program’s commitment to delivering a premier student-athlete experience within a nationally competitive, high-performance environment. Reporting to the Assistant Athletic Director of Player Development, this position supports the holistic development of football student-athletes by fostering meaningful relationships with players and their families, strengthening community connections and enhancing programming that prepares student-athletes for success beyond their playing careers.
This position serves as a key relationship-builder within the program, connecting student-athletes and their families with institutional resources, alumni networks, and community partnerships that enhance personal growth, professional readiness, and overall student-athlete well-being. The Coordinator will play an important role in sustaining program culture while supporting initiatives that position student-athletes for success at the next level and throughout their lives.
Minimum Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Advanced degree in relevant field may be desirable. 4 years of relevant experience required. 4-8 years of relevant experience preferred.
