The Opportunity
Working under general supervision and providing analysis to Supply Chain team members which supports the company's global cash-flow optimization initiatives as well as other end to end supply chain improvements.

What You’ll Work On
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across international markets and entities to support some or all of the following Supply Chain initiatives through analysis.
- Reduce inventory levels without decreasing customer service levels minimize supply chain scrap expenses to improve asset management optimize raw material, sub assembly and/or finished goods flow demand & supply forecasts analysis to ensure all relevant business requirements/trends are incorporated and appropriately reflected.
- Extracts data from ERP system to create various moderately complex reports used to identify inventory management, expired inventory, stock rotation initiatives, and other inventory/stocking issues.
- Ensures the accuracy and completeness of the information that is entered in the ERP system.
- Assists with system implementations to improve forecasting and demand requirements planning.
- Prepares, summarizes and presents data accuracy, delivery performance & other key metrics to assess performance, modify production plans & assess/prioritize focused improvement efforts to mid-level management.
- Publishes KPI's as required for all inventory related metrics including forecast accuracy, DIOH, scrap reporting, line order fill rate, stock levels and PD delivery performance.
- Establish back up plans for scenarios related to potential changes in product offerings, customer volumes, manufacturing changes, etc.
- Manages accuracy of product identifiers in reports and systems by planning for new products and obsoleting outdated products
- Identifies and may be involved in process improvement projects which improve customer service levels, improve product flows, minimize supply chain costs and improve asset management.
- Develop & maintain excellent cross-divisional, cross-functional and multi-geographical relationships with key business partners.
- Support all Company initiatives as identified by management and in support of Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and other regulatory requirements
- Maintains positive and cooperative communications and collaboration with all levels of employees, customers, contractors, and vendors.
- Performs other related duties and responsibilities, on occasion, as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1 year supply chain ERP/MRP systems experience
- 4 years supply chain analysis experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a broader enterprise/cross-division business unit model preferred.

$50,700.00 – $101,300.00
