This position locate in Shanghai, Jiading, EHC Shanghai plant

Intercompany Planning Duties

  • Maintains regular communication with Inter-company Customers to gather future demand working with Supply Chain Manager, Purchasing dept, Production managers and Production Schedulers / Planners. To ensure adequate Materials and capacity to be able to meet future short to midterm demand.
  • Supports the Supply Chain Manager with the evaluation of Total Actual Deliveries to Forecasted values.
  • Attend buffer meeting to maintain and evaluate the Safety Stock strategy
  • Overall inventory planning, work with planning team to hit DSI target
  • Update SLOB list on monthly basis and lead slow-moving/obsolete material disposition process with other functions

Intercompany Sales         

  • As the point of contact for Intercompany Sales is responsible for Communication with Intercompany Customers. Including handling general enquires, Requests for Quotes, providing updates of Sales Order status. Pricing and lead times
  • Enters manual or maintains EDI Sales orders in the ERP system from the I/C customers purchase orders.
  • Works closely with either the Production or Purchasing Depts to provide availability and lead times of Items. 
  • Provides pricing information using the Intercompany Price calculator or pricing provided by Purchasing Dept and adding increases in accordance with the current intercompany purchasing pricing policy to provide the I/C purchase pricing to Customers.
  • Works with the Warehouse Supervisor once goods are available to ship, including freight details such as weights, dimensions and container capacity utilization. Passing information onto Customers. Acts on feedback from customers regarding changes in load plans.
  • Advises Warehouse Supervisor of any collection details which have been advised by the Customer or their forwarder of Ex Works shipments.
  • Coordinates any irregular Issues with goods or services with the Quality Dept. Providing feedback to Customers as it becomes available.

Intercompany Purchasing

  • Responsible for placing Intercompany Purchase Orders with Intercompany suppliers based on either a suggested order from the OPUS System or froma Purchase reacquisition from internal Depts.
  • Communicates regularly with Intercompany suppliers on the status of open orders. Informing internal Customers of Estimated arrival dates. 
  • Coordinates any irregular Issues with goods or services with the Suppliers. Providing feedback to Quality Dept as it becomes available.

On-Time Delivery

  • Coordinate with Production, Purchasing/ Logistics and Warehouse Departments to ensure the orders will ship out as scheduled.
  • Responsible to maintain the ERP system to reflect the most recent ship that has been agreed with the Customer
  • Report trend data for on-time delivery, Master Production Schedule, and material supply performance 

Costs Saving

  • Reviews regularly the areas under their control to explore possibilities to reduce costs without incurring negative effects to products or services.
  • Monitors inventories and works to implement appropriate inventory size

Projects

  • Completes project work that is detailed from the Supply Chain Manager.

Health & Safety

  • Complete health, safety and environmental protection related training and education according to company requirements.
  • Actively participate in the company's emergency rescue drill.
  • Discover and rectify the safety hazards existing in the department in a timely manner, eliminate the hidden hazards found in a timely manner, and report to the department head or manager and HSE.
  • In case of an accident, take measures to prevent the expansion of the accident, report to the superior or relevant departments in time, and pay attention to the protection of the scene and make good records. Personally participate in the investigation of any accidents occurring in the department, make accident cause analysis, improve the department's risk assessment form, propose and implement safety precautions.
  • If yes, actively participate in the regular Safety Committee meetings and implement the tasks assigned at the meetings.
  • Supervise and manage the safety operation management of delivery personnel or outsourcing personnel, and supervise their PPE wearing in line with company requirements.
