El Picker Support es responsable de ejecutar las actividades de preparación de pedidos (picking), empaque (packing) y apoyo en la recepción y almacenamiento de mercadería dentro del Centro de Distribución. Debe garantizar el cumplimiento de la rutina diaria de trabajo, siguiendo los lineamientos de calidad, seguridad y tiempos establecidos.

El picker Support debe mostrar iniciativa para proponer mejoras en los procesos de picking y ordenamiento, adaptarse a entornos de alta demanda y trabajar en coordinación con otras áreas como recepción, despacho y control de calidad. También se espera que colabore activamente en auditorías internas, mantenga el buen uso de equipos asignados, y promueva una cultura de seguridad, limpieza y cumplimiento de buenas prácticas logísticas dentro del almacén.
