2. About the Role
The Graduate Programme Associate will rotate across key business functions, gaining hands-on experience in Procurement & Supply Chain, Customer Services, and Sales Support. Throughout the programme, the graduate will contribute to forecasting, analytics, operational efficiency, customer experience, and
commercial support—building strong foundations for a future career within the organisation.
Procurement & Supply Chain Rotation
In this rotation, the graduate will learn how core operational planning and supply processes work, with a focus on accuracy, analysis, and cross-functional communication.
Key focus areas:
· Forecasting: Supporting demand planning activities and understanding how stock requirements are projected.
· Inventory Management: Monitoring stock levels, identifying risks, and helping maintain product availability.
· Data Analytics: Working with supply chain data, preparing visibility reports, and contributing to insights.
· Accurate Reporting: Supporting preparation of KPIs, supply chain dashboards, and supplier performance updates.
· Supplier Coordination: Assisting with supplier communication and understanding purchasing processes.
· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with Supply Chain, Quality, Commercial, and Customer Services teams.
· Continuous Improvement: Participating in initiatives to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
Customer Services Rotation
This rotation provides insight into the customer journey, order processes, and customer interactions, helping the graduate understand frontline operations.
Key focus areas:
· Call & Order Handling: Supporting inbound customer queries and order processing with appropriate training.
· Returns Processing: Assisting with returns workflows and understanding associated policies.
· Query & Ticket Management: Learning CRM systems, ticket resolution processes, and SLA management.
· Backorder Management: Gaining experience in stock shortage communication and customer follow-up.
· Sourcing: Supporting product sourcing, query handling from reps, and order availability checks.
· Service Quality: Contributing to service improvements and customer satisfaction initiatives.
Sales Support Rotation
In this final rotation, the graduate will gain exposure to commercial structures, account planning, and customer engagement strategies.
Key focus areas:
· Sales Structures (Retail & Hospital): Understanding how commercial teams operate across different settings.
· Account Planning: Supporting account review preparation, opportunity tracking, and sales pipeline visibility.
· Journey Plans: Assisting with rep journey plan coordination and territory insights.
· CRM: Learning how CRM systems are used for sales activities, KPI tracking, and customer information.
· Commercial Support: Preparing sales reports, product updates, pricing support, and competitor insights.
3. Rotations (if applicable)
This programme includes two to three rotations across key business areas, beginning with Procurement & Supply Chain, followed by Customer Services, and concluding with Sales Support. Rotation assignments will align with business needs and capacity at the time. Each rotation will provide clearly defined responsibilities, a structured learning plan, and meaningful project deliverables to ensure graduates build core capabilities, gain cross-functional exposure, and develop a strong understanding of end-to-end business operations.
4. What You Will Learn & Deliver
· Build foundational knowledge of core systems, tools, and operational processes across Procurement & Supply Chain, Customer Services, and Sales Support.
· Develop capability in data analysis, forecasting, reporting, and workflow management, gaining exposure to how decisions impact wider business operations.
· Deliver assigned tasks, reports, and rotation‑specific responsibilities accurately, on time, and to a high standard.
· Support cross‑functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives, contributing ideas and insights as you build confidence and expertise.
· Engage with internal stakeholders, including Supply Chain, Commercial, Customer Services, and Sales teams, building strong communication and collaboration skills.
· Learn how customer, supplier, and commercial processes connect end‑to‑end, from forecasting and stock management to customer interactions and sales support planning.
· Participate in structured rotation learning plans, completing objectives tailored to each business area.
· Demonstrate adaptability and initiative by taking ownership of tasks as responsibilities grow throughout the programme.
· Objectives will be defined during onboarding and refined as priorities evolve across each rotation.
