Job Summary

Our Service Supply Chain Organization is looking for a LATAM Partner Manager to become a key contributor to our Operational Excellence program by helping us to manage a Strategic Partner with Repair and Fulfillment Operations. The Partner Manager is responsible of the Performance of the Partner to meet Service Levels goals. Beside running the day-to-day operations, the Partner Manager evaluates processes to optimize production capability and review the technical environments to meet business needs. The Partner Manager analyze the E2E Supply Chain process in order to identify opportunities to improve process capability to meet Customer Experience and Service Level Targets at the same time that we are Optimizing Operational Cost.

This role is responsible for developing solutions for supply chain projects, managing complex issues by applying extensive knowledge of supply chain and industry practices, and interpreting data to optimize supply chain performance. The role collaborates with peers and senior management to establish supply chain plans, monitors industry trends, and contributes to competitive supply chain strategies. The role owns strategic supply chain projects from planning to execution, contributes to organizational strategies and long-term goals, and contributes to resolution of supply chain issues like risk management and continuous growth.



Responsibilities

  • Drive a high-performance Repair Operations to achieve Operational Excellence
  • Manage the Day-to-day Operations, including performance revisions, escalations and progress in our priorities
  • Analyze process gaps to address opportunities to improve customer experience and optimize cost.
  • Develop new process capability for new repair lines and customer solutions.
  • Develop quality system to ensure operation meets both internal and external parties' quality requirement.
  • Develop workplace learning plan.
  • Ensure technical operation meets daily output yield targets.
  • Evaluate processes to optimize process capability.
  • Formulate strategies for repair process performance improvement.
  • Improve process capability indices to meet organizational goals.
  • Lead cross-functional team in continuous improvement projects.
  • Coordinate with management to align business and informational priorities.
  • Partner with engineering and supply chain teams to understand business requirements.
  • Engage with managers from various departments to specify data requirements for analysis projects tailored to their unique business processes.
  • Strategically drives a broad range of complex supply chain processes, which may include import/export operations, typically for large and complex global business units.
  • Defines, measures, and leverages KPIs to drive continuous improvement in business operations and converts recommendations into compelling new business plans.
  • Works with managers to ensure alignment with global goals and objectives.
  • Executive presence (Written communication, Executive Presentations and effective Virtual/F2F meetings)
  • Provides mentorship and coaching to junior-level staff employees to ensure professional development.



Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations management, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in supply chain, operations, or a related field.

Preferred Certifications

• Continues improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing

• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

• Certified Professional in Supply Management (Standards Organizations) will be considered as a plus
