Key Responsibilities
Transition & Project Management
- Support the end-to-end transition of P2P processes from offshore countries to the Manila hub
- Help develop and execute detailed project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies
- Ensure knowledge transfer, documentation, and training are completed effectively.
- Monitor progress and resolve issues to ensure smooth go-live and stabilization
- Support the Circle Lead in overseeing transition milestones and ensuring alignment with broader transformation goals
Process Standardization & Rollout
- Identify process gaps and opportunities for standardization across geographies
- Collaborate with global and regional teams to design and implement best-in-class P2P processes
- Roll out standardized processes to operations, ensuring compliance and efficiency
- Partner with the Circle Lead to embed standard ways of working and drive adoption across teams
Operations Management (Post-Transition)
- Take ownership of day-to-day process operations post-transition
- Drive continuous improvement, automation, and performance metrics
- Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) are met
- Work closely with the Circle Lead to ensure operational excellence and team engagement
Stakeholder & Business Partnering
- Act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders across finance, procurement, and business units
- Build strong relationships with global and regional teams to align on goals and expectations
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project and operational performance
- Support the Circle Lead in managing stakeholder expectations and fostering collaboration
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA is a plus)
- 5+ years of experience in Procure to Pay operations, with proven success in transitions and project delivery
- Strong understanding of P2P processes, systems (e.g., Peoplesoft, SAP), and controls
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects and lead change in a global environment
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Experience working in a shared services or global business services (GBS) environment preferred
