Site Introduction

In 2021, pladis proudly opened the doors to our vibrant global hub, the MIU Campus. Located in the heart of Chiswick Park, West London. Just a short 5-minute walk from Gunnersbury Station, our campus is nestled within 33 acres of beautifully landscaped gardens, offering a welcoming and inspiring environment for all. Chiswick Park is home to both our UK and Global Corporate teams, bringing together diverse teams across the business.  

What will this role achieve?

In this role, you will support the VP of Supply Chain & VP of S&OP & Logistics  - UK&I by coordinating diaries, organising meetings, and providing general administrative and team support that enables them to operate effectively and deliver business objectives. Your day-to-day work will vary depending on the needs of each leader and team, and may include coordinating conferences, arranging travel, managing diaries, processing purchase orders, and preparing materials for meetings.


Success in this role will rely on being proactive, collaborative, and committed to contributing positively to the wider team.

What will be your key deliverables?

  • Managing diaries & coordinating travel arrangements for the VP of Supply Chain & VP of S&OP & Logistics  - UK&I
  • Managing and coordinating internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and supporting attendee management
  • Organising conferences, events, and team activities
  • Supporting projects and initiatives
  • Coordinating onboarding activities for members of the extended leadership team
  • Working closely with colleagues globally and across regions/sites to facilitate business activities
  • Collaborating with the wider PA network and contributing to process improvements
  • Managing requisitions and purchase orders
  • Supporting cost centre management
  • Assisting with inbox management and responding on behalf of leadership where appropriate
  • Developing and maintaining PowerPoint presentations
  • Setting up, maintaining, and taking ownership of team SharePoint sites

Bring your experience!

  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Experience providing PA or administrative support to senior leaders
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to balance multiple tasks
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and SharePoint

What will the interview process be?

  • Initial Telephone call with Talent Acquisition  
  • 1st stage interview – 45 minutes competency-based interview based on our company values and your experiences.
  • 2nd stage interview – 90 minutes – a technical interview to understand your skill set/case study or presentation interview.

pladis does also use both Psychometric and Aptitude tests to support our processes so you may be asked to complete these as part of your process. Some processes may differ, but we will keep you updated!
