Whether you come from a background in hospitality, office coordination, HR support, or customer service, you can be successful in this role. We don’t require a specific degree or experience, but we’re looking for translatable skills and relevant expertise. We will provide you with the training and development opportunities needed to build a career here!
About The Role:
As a People Services Support Specialist, you’ll help create a positive, proactive, and people-centered employee experience. You’ll support a mix of culture and events, office and facilities needs, and employee engagement efforts. While you may have a primary focus area, this role is cross-trained and collaborative by design. That means you’ll work closely with teammates to ensure employees across locations feel supported, welcomed, and connected every day.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role where your organization, responsiveness, and heart for service truly matter.
Here’s a snapshot of what you’d be doing:
Proactively identify and coordinate building maintenance needs by partnering with property management, custodial teams, Security, Facilities, and vendors to ensure timely resolution and consistent office standards.
Conduct regular office walkthroughs to ensure shared spaces are clean, organized, and welcoming.
Monitor inventory and place orders to keep kitchens, storage areas, and common spaces stocked and ready to go.
Complete minor non-structural facility tasks such as light bulb replacement or furniture assembly, and coordinate equipment repairs with third-party vendors.
Provide front desk coverage as needed, serving as the first point of contact for visitors, candidates, and employees while supporting interview logistics and deliveries.
Support employee programs and events from planning and setup to coordination and cleanup, ensuring a seamless experience.
Partner with leaders and People Services teammates to support onboarding, engagement efforts, and employee needs across departments.
Offer employee support by listening, connecting teammates to helpful resources, and promoting a positive and welcoming workplace.
Create and update employee-facing resources and office information to keep communication clear and accessible.
Pitch in wherever needed (excluding licensed activities) to help strengthen the team and culture.
About You:
You communicate clearly and confidently, both written and verbal, and practice active listening.
You thrive in a highly collaborative environment and enjoy supporting others.
You stay organized and focused in a fast-paced, results-driven setting.
Providing exceptional customer service is second nature to you.
You handle confidential and sensitive information with maturity and care.
You genuinely enjoy creating positive experiences for others.
Project management experience is a plus.
You show up consistently and can be counted on to get the job done.
You have a valid driver’s license, a responsible driving history, and reliable transportation.
