People Experience Specialist (India-based)

About the Role:
Reporting to the Senior People Experience Specialist in our Newcastle office, the People Experience Specialist will be a key member of our global People Experience (PX) team. Based in India, this role offers a unique opportunity to lead PX efforts across the APAC region while contributing strategically to global initiatives that shape our culture and employee experience.
You’ll be the go-to PX partner for APAC, delivering exceptional onboarding experiences, growing our culture programs, and driving engagement, wellness, belonging, and recognition initiatives. You’ll also play a strategic global role, helping to improve processes, bring new and innovative ideas, and scale initiatives that make our workplace inclusive, connected, and inspiring.
Required Skills and Experience
A 4-year college degree, preferably in Human Resources or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in People Experience, People Operations, or HR — with hands-on experience running onboarding programs.
A strategic mindset with the ability to think big and execute with precision.
A passion for people, culture, and connection, with a strong sense of emotional intelligence and inclusion.
Experience in employee engagement, onboarding, or HR programs — ideally in a regional or global capacity.
A team-first attitude, thriving in a collaborative, global environment.
Confidence in presenting and communicating across diverse audiences and time zones.
A creative, curious, and fun approach to work, bringing energy and positivity to the team.
Strong ownership and accountability, with a track record of managing multiple projects through to completion.
Ability to build rapport and collaborate across functions and geographies.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and navigating change.
High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems and tools, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Responsibilities
Create a best-first-day-of-career experience for new pack members, managing onboarding from Pack Prep to the Arctic Summit culture deep dive, specifically for APAC new joiners, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience.
Grow and embed our culture programs (Well Wolfs, Pack Gives Back and Pack Unity) across the APAC region by founding and leading Stronger Together Councils in India, Japan, and Australia, fostering connection, community, and belonging.
Curate thoughtful and innovative employee experiences that reflect our mission and values and promote engagement and wellbeing.
Coordinate external survey programs to amplify the Arctic Wolf story and support our employer brand.
Support HR People Manager India in a generalist capacity.
Build and maintain strong partnerships with PX, HRBPs, IT, L&D, Office Admins, Recruiters, and leaders across regions.
Confidently present and communicate across teams and time zones, sharing updates, insights, and ideas.
Build internal community by connecting people, acting as an ally, supporting others, and fostering inclusion.
Think strategically and creatively to improve PX processes and bring new ideas to the table.
Support PX operations as the company grows, including auditing, training, communications, HRIS efficiencies, and project work.
Contribute to the overall health and functioning of the PX team by being cross-functionally trained and ready to jump in where needed.
Bring energy, positivity, and a fun, curious approach to work while thriving in a collaborative, global environment.
Perform other related tasks and duties as assigned.
