About the Role

You will join the People & Culture (P&C) team at FD India (Hyderabad), supporting key functions such as talent acquisition, employee experience, HR operations, and performance management. Your work will help attract great talent, enhance workplace engagement, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations. You will collaborate on initiatives across compensation, benefits, learning and development, and employee relations, directly contributing to a positive employee experience and supporting FD India’s continued growth.

What you will do

  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination, and onboarding.
  • Help plan and bring to life engagement activities, team events, and recognition
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to make employee journeys
  • Keep employee records, leave data, trackers, and HR systems updated and organized
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and internal documentation standards.
  • Support offboarding processes, ensuring smooth exits and proper
  • Support in organizing and executing trainings and L&D initiatives.
  • Execute recruitment marketing campaigns and assist with campus engagement initiatives.
  • Draft content, support social media updates, and help develop branding materials.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, BBA, BCom, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an HR generalist or HR operations role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Strong organizational time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfort with MS Office and HR tools, and the ability to quickly learn new systems, including ATS platforms, automation tools, and internal software.
