About the location:

Located on the coastline of Kalo Livadi Bay, Four Seasons Resort Mykonos, will offer 94 spacious rooms, villas, and suites with exquisite views of the Aegean Sea. The brand-new build will take shape on an unspoiled 60,000 square meters of land, spanning from the sandy beaches to the picturesque coastal cliffs. To honor the culture and heritage of the destination, the Resort will be built in the Cycladic style that is synonymous with Mykonos, featuring white cubic architecture with bright spots of blue. The hotel will redefine luxury hospitality on the island. The Resort will offer an exciting variety of restaurants and bars, such as an al-fresco pool-side Italian venue, an authentic Mykonian Kafeneio, a contemporary steak house, and a vibrant beach club. In year 2, this will be supplemented with a Marina.

The Role of People & Culture Coordinator

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motived People & Culture (P&C) Coordinator to join our Four Seasons Resort Mykonos opening team in Greece!

Reporting directly to the Assistant Director of People & Culture, you will support the People & Culture (HR) team with all things relating to the team such as employee engagement, P&C events, Learning & Development duties and be responsible for managing Staff Housing.

Our ideal P&C Coordinator should:

  • Be pro-active with a can-do attitude and be an active problem solver
  • Approachable and supportive – especially dealing with matters of Staff Housing
  • Organized, detail-oriented and reliable, and able to manage multiple projects at the same time
  • Experience in hotels and hospitality will be an advantage
  • Experience in planning events, processes and managing staff housing
  • A driver’s license is needed for the role (due to onsite visits to the staff housing)

The applicant must have legal eligibility to work in Greece.
