The Role

As a People Coordinator, you will play a key role in delivering smooth, efficient and high-quality HR operations. You’ll be the go-to expert for HR processes, supporting managers and colleagues across the employee lifecycle and ensuring a positive, consistent people experience.

This role suits someone who enjoys ownership, problem-solving and working with detail, while also partnering confidently with stakeholders across the business.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll act as a subject matter expert and process owner for core HR activities, ensuring processes are followed correctly, consistently and in line with policy and legislation. You’ll provide guidance and coaching to managers, helping them complete HR transactions accurately within the HR system.

You’ll handle complex HR queries as an escalation point, offering clear, practical advice and signposting to policies where needed. You’ll also support data integrity within the HR system, produce accurate reports and liaise with technical teams to resolve system issues.

A key part of the role is preparing and redacting Subject Access Requests in line with data protection requirements, ensuring confidentiality and compliance at all times. You’ll contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

You’ll also support wider HR projects and initiatives, providing coordination and insight to help deliver successful outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

You’ll have proven experience in an HR Coordinator or similar HR advisory role, with a solid understanding of HR processes across the full employee lifecycle. You’ll be confident using HR information systems and able to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll bring strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills and a professional, approachable style. You’ll be comfortable handling sensitive information and understand the importance of discretion and data protection.
