About the location:

Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens opened in March 2019 and provides a preferred address for both business and leisure travelers, and the highly personalized, anticipatory service that Four Seasons guests expect and value around the world. The Arion Hotel was built in 1967 and has 106 keys and 61 Bungalows, and the Nafsika opened in 1980 and has 136 keys. Under the same ownership is a large private beach club and marina. Nafsika is open through the year, while Arion and the bungalows operate eight months of the year. Adding to the complement of on-site F&B operations (8 Restaurants and Bars), there are also two third party restaurants on site.About the role
At Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens (ranked No. 17 in the World’s 50 Best Hotels), we are seeking a highly motivated People & Culture Intern to join our team for the upcoming season. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic hospitality environment.
What You Will Do
Be an integral part of the People & Culture team, taking responsibility for the day-to-day administration of the department.
Support the recruitment and selection process, including sending emails, scanning important HR documents, and organizing interviews.
Welcome and meet candidates, provide updates on the status of their applications, and schedule interviews when applicable.
Prepare and organize necessary documents, coordinating with all relevant departments.
Maintain and update employee physical records, organizing files and keeping documentation accurate.
Support the management of weekly working schedules, schedule changes, and overtime in line with Greek Labour Law.
Assist with the administration of outsourced companies and ensure they are informed of required documentation.
Uphold hotel policies, including Fire, Hygiene, Health & Safety standards.
Attend and contribute to meetings and training sessions as required.
Provide a friendly, professional, and courteous service to all colleagues and guests.
Perform other duties within the scope of the position to meet business demands and team needs.
What You Bring
Strong organizational and administrative skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
Interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources / People & Culture.
Previous internship or administrative experience is an advantage.
Knowledge of Greek language is a plus but not mandatory.
