At Stagecoach, our Shared Service Centre plays a vital role in supporting colleagues across the business. We’re looking for a Facilities & People Assistant to be the welcoming face of our reception, while also supporting our People team with recruitment, apprenticeship administration and ad-hoc project coordination. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organised, and building experience across facilities, talent acquisition and early careers.
What you’ll be doing:
- Acting as the first point of contact at reception, welcoming visitors and colleagues and creating a professional, friendly environment
- Supporting the day-to-day running of reception and shared office facilities, including meeting rooms, access, and general site coordination
- Assisting the People team with talent acquisition administration, including interview scheduling, candidate coordination and onboarding support
- Supporting apprenticeship and early careers administration, maintaining records and liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinating ad-hoc people and facilities projects, tracking actions and supporting delivery
- Providing general administrative support across the Shared Service Centre as required
What we’re looking for:
- A friendly, professional, and people-focused approach
- Strong organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Confidence communicating with a wide range of stakeholders
- Good attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude
- An interest in people operations, recruitment or early careers (experience desirable but not essential)
