The Opportunity

Cochlear is seeking a highly motivated P&C Analyst to support the Director, Governance, Insights, and Impacts. This role will take a People & Culture (P&C) Value Chain view, covering planning, performance measurement, and insights that link business strategy to P&C execution. You will play a key role in strengthening governance, driving continuous improvement, and enabling global P&C decision-making.

Responsibilities Include

  • Coordinate the surfacing, planning and scoping of global P&C strategic initiatives
  • Support the implementation of the P&C Governance Framework
  • Facilitate P&C communication processes and planning
  • Support P&C initiative working groups with project and change management, ensuring action-oriented discussions and decision-making
  • In conjunction with reporting team, develop and deploy P&C service performance metrics and People Scorecard / Dashboards with a focus on adoption
  • Manage library of internal P&C templates and knowledge resources
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and strengthen change management capabilities
  • Capture Voice of the Customer (VOC) insights to improve demand management and service delivery

Required Skills

  • Project management and coordination skills

  • Ability to facilitate working groups and governance forums

Desired Skills

  • Knowledge of HR/P&C processes and technology
  • Experience in process improvement or continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ability to translate strategy and business priorities into actionable plans
  • Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and data reporting/dashboard skills
  • Global experience and understanding of diverse business environments
  • UX design experience (intranet) – nice to have
