We are looking for a P&C Data & Systems Manager to lead the end-to-end ownership of People & Culture (P&C) data, analytics and HR systems. This is a critical role responsible for ensuring data integrity across the employee lifecycle (hire to retire), delivering actionable workforce insights, and driving the effectiveness of our Workday platform.
You will play a key role in shaping data-driven decision making, strengthening governance and controls, and partnering with stakeholders across P&C, Finance and Technology to enhance systems, reporting and integrations.
The role is ideal for someone who is passionate about data, systems and driving business impact through people analytics.
YOUR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. End‑to‑End P&C Data Ownership
Own employee master data from hiring, onboarding, movement, reward, leave, performance through to off‑boarding.
Ensure single source of truth across Workday and integrations (e.g. Payroll / Finance).
Establish strong data governance, controls and audit readiness, reducing manual workarounds and risk exposure.
2. Workday Product & System Ownership
Act as P&C system owner for Workday (Vietnam), aligned with Group standards.
Partner with Group Workday teams and vendors on configuration, releases, defect resolution and enhancements.
Ensure Workday supports local regulatory, payroll and reporting needs while remaining globally compliant.
3. Reporting, Analytics & Insights
Deliver accurate, timely and decision‑ready workforce data (HC, attrition, hiring, diversity, cost, compliance).
Monthly representing the P&C data with P&C LT with data insights
Translate data into clear insights for Board discussions.
Build scalable dashboards and reduce dependency on offline spreadsheets.
4. Risk, Controls & Compliance
Strengthen data controls, access governance and reconciliations to address audit and regulatory risks.
Support internal and external audits relating to People data, payroll readiness and statutory reporting.
5. Team Leadership
Lead, coach and prioritise work for People Data & Systems analysts.
Build capability across data quality, Workday operations, reporting and controls.
Set clear operating rhythms, ownership and service standards with P&C and the business
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Strong experience in HR data, HRIS, or Workday (system ownership experience preferred).
Proven experience managing end-to-end employee data (hire-to-retire lifecycle)
Solid understanding of data governance, controls and compliance frameworks.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights for leadership.
Experience in workday configuration, enhancements, or integration is highly desirable.
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams, with strong stakeholder management skills.
Experience leading or building small specialist teams.
Experience working with cross-functional teams (P&C, Finance, Technology)
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
