As part of the broader Payer Operations function, you will join the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team as a collaborative contributor. In this role, you’ll help support the systems, processes, and insights that enable Fay to scale and deliver high-quality experiences for providers, patients, and partners. You’ll work across the company to solve ambiguous problems, improve operational performance, and drive business clarity.
This is an individual contributor role for someone who thrives in 0→1 environments, enjoys structured problem-solving, and is energized by owning projects end-to-end. You combine analytical comfort with strong business judgment, operational instincts, and tight execution. You’re equally fluent in digging into data as you are in designing processes, communicating recommendations, and partnering with stakeholders.

In this role, you’ll work within the Payer Operations team to support and optimize internal revenue cycle operations. You will oversee day-to-day operational workflows, measure and improve the quality of our processes, and partner cross-functionally to strengthen our service delivery model. In addition, you will:
You’re an operationally minded and analytically driven professional with 2+ years of Revenue Cycle experience and a strong ability to use data to generate actionable insights. You enjoy rolling up your sleeves to solve complex operational challenges and are motivated by improving systems at scale. You are collaborative, thoughtful, and comfortable giving and receiving candid feedback in a fast-paced environment.
