What You’ll Do

As a Parts Advisor, you’ll play a vital role in our service team by helping customers and technicians get the right parts quickly and accurately. You’ll provide expert advice, maintain inventory, and ensure our parts department runs smoothly.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist retail customers and service technicians in identifying and purchasing the correct parts.
  • Look up parts using electronic catalogs and verify pricing and availability.
  • Process orders, returns, and special requests accurately.
  • Maintain inventory control and restock shelves as needed.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and coworkers through friendly, professional service.
  • Support the service department to ensure timely completion of repair jobs.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1 yr. Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or in an automotive parts department.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive systems and basic vehicle components.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment.
  • Basic computer proficiency (CDK/Dealertrack experience a plus).
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
