We are currently seeking a Full-Time Parts Advisor who is passionate about customer service, motivated to grow, and eager to be part of a supportive and friendly team.

Responsibilities
- Provide vehicle parts and merchandise to customers while delivering exceptional customer service
- Answer telephones and greet customers and vendors in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain a clean and professional counter area, workspace, and stockroom
- Coordinate with the Service Team to ensure timely parts support for repairs
- Order parts from suppliers based on Service Department and customer needs
- Receive, unpack, and store parts in designated storage areas
- Maintain inventory controls and accurate records of goods received
- Process payments and obtain credit authorization
- Handle core returns, parts warranties, and parts returns as necessary
What We’re Looking For
- Previous Parts Advisor experience (preferred)
- Understanding of basic automotive components and systems
- Automotive dealership service experience (a plus)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong computer literacy
- Ability to build and maintain successful customer relationships
- Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
