SALES LEADERSHIP

• Drive personal and team sales results
• Achieve KPIs: AUR, UPT, ADS, conversion
• Support daily business strategy to exceed sales targets
• Lead by example in styling and clienteling

TEAM SUPPORT

• Motivate and coach associate's in real time
• Provide feedback aligned with performance expectations
• Support onboarding and training of new hires
• Model accountability and brand professionalism

CLIENT EXPERIENCE

• Deliver elevated luxury service at all times
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Resolve client concerns with professionalism and urgency
• Support Omni-channel services (BOPIS, ship-from-store, etc.)

VISUAL & OPERATIONS

• Maintain visual merchandising standards
• Ensure cleanliness and brand presentation
• Support inventory accuracy and shrink prevention
• Open and close store in leadership absence

PERFORMANCE EXPECTATION

• Meets or exceeds personal sales goals/ Brand SPH
• Drives team productivity
• Maintains high conversion and UPT
• Upholds loss prevention and operational compliance
