The Opportunity:

This position provides an opportunity to work with a fun and collaborative team within the CACI Operational Excellence and Enterprise Risk Management organization. The candidate will work part time to help enhance the business operations for the company. The role will work with functional departments across the organization, primarily focused on managing the CACI policy manual. CACI is looking for an ambitious, motivated team player, who can immediately apply their skill set to offer value to CACI. 

Responsibilities:

The primary duties of this position are to assist with the management of the company’s policy and procedure manual, approval matrix, associated documents and forms. The position will track changes, collaborate across departments, review and publish updates to the policy manual. As part of this role, you’ll monitor the email account, train new policy owners and designated representatives, maintain user guides and historical documentation, and consult on changes that may have an impact across functional areas. This role also includes managing an annual review of policy items, tracking change history, and supporting requests for historical records.

An additional area of responsibility will be to support the evaluation of cybersecurity compliance of CACI’s suppliers. This involves performing reviews using our procurement system, working with procurement staff and programs. This includes identifying process improvements, train as needed, and maintain the internal supplier evaluation site.

In addition, there may be other tasks as needed in support of the broader team such as assisting with testing new tools, identifying and implementing improvements, helping the customer satisfaction team, participating in the Quality Management System (QMS) activities, and maintaining SharePoint sites.


Qualifications:

Required: 

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent and possess 5+ years of work experience.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.

  • Impeccable interpersonal skills.

  • Self-starter, with the ability to work well in a group or independently.

  • Excellent time management, organization, collaboration, and negotiation skills.

  • Proficient with using ServiceNow.

  • Ability to troubleshoot technical difficulties.

  • Proven record with developing and maintaining policies, user guides, or Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

  • Experience working in a government contracting environment, including an understanding of government cybersecurity regulations (e.g., FAR, DFARS cyber-related clauses, CMMC, CUI handling, etc.

Desired:

  • Understanding basic AI principles and their application in business solutions.

  • Experience with CACI Enterprise systems (SCORE, P2P, ServiceNow, SharePoint)

  • Proficient with creating and maintaining SharePoint sites and the associated features

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$68,400-$143,700
