Guillaume, our Global Head of Paid Acquisition & Demand Generation and our Lead Paid Acquisition Germany, to redefine the financial solution landscape for SMEs and freelancers.
👩💻🧑💻As a Paid Search Senior Specialist at Qonto, you will
• Manage and optimize campaigns on Google Ads (SEA, video & display, App), with a strong focus on SEA.
• Develop and implement campaign strategies tailored to the German market.
• Collaborate with local marketing teams, data teams, designers & copywriters, and other Paid Acquisition Managers.
• Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to increase our acquisition.
• Take ownership of our paid search projects and tactical initiatives, driving lead acquisition for SMEs, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness of marketing strategies.
• Allocate and manage a substantial performance marketing budget, focusing on maximizing customer acquisition across all our campaigns in Germany.

🏅About You
• You have between 3 and 5 years of experience managing search and push campaigns on Google Ads, and ideally some experience with video, display and app campaigns on Google Ads.
• You possess strong analytical skills to drive data-informed decisions enhancing campaign performance.
• You are well versed in scripting and automation, with a proven ability to conduct robust A/B tests to optimize search strategies.
• You have a proven track record in managing large budgets and developing effective campaign strategies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, comfortable in an international setting.
• Innovative thinker with a track record of initiating and leading strategic marketing projects.
• Fluent in both German and English
