Key Responsibilities:

  • Good interpersonal, negotiating and communication skills.

  • Good command of written and spoken English & Spanish.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

  • Proven track record of targeting, pursuing, and winning opportunities, through both personal and collaborative selling efforts aligned to business objectives and Marketing directions.

  • Strong presence of mind and ability to communicate, present, consult with decision makers.

  • Strong time management with regards to managing multiple objectives and priorities with high level of stakeholder management both internally and externally.

  • Researches and understands the territory to identify and establish business contacts with potential customers.

  • Confident in offering consultative recommendations to clients that would results in long-term strategic value to Maersk.

  •  Customer centric view and positive mindset.

Who are we looking for:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain related fields preferred or any course. College undergraduate is also acceptable.

  • At least 2 years of work experience - BPO/Logistics or Other Industries in Customer Service/upselling and/or Sales – advantage

  • Industry experience in any of the following: Supply Chain, Ocean Carrier, Transportation Logistics, & Shipping Logistics is highly preferred.

  • Fluent in Spanish and English Language in verbal and written.

  • Nice to have Experience using any CRM especially Salesforce.com, AFLS, Athena,  MePC, CMD (Customer Master Data), Web Based – Maersk System, SAP BI

  • Must be proficient in MS Office programs such as Excel, Word, and Outlook and Powerpoint.

  • Amenable to work on night shift and WFO (Work From Office) set up.

  • Open to work in Pasig City.
